So yesterday I found a place where I could actually by wool to spin. So exciting (for a nerd like me)!
This morning Brian and I got the spinning wheel set up and the bobbin in place using bits of cardboard from a beer case and a metal washer. Ahh, ingenuity. I think I need to find a leather strap or something to go around the wheel because I can't get the tension right. Still. It kind of worked which is pretty cool.
