I hate running

People talk about the runner's high they get when they run and I've run a half marathon and the only thing I got was some nasty blisters and aching knees.
I decided to run a half marathon on a whim mostly because I've always thought of myself as a non-athletic person. But I thought hey, I'm healthy; I should be able to do this. And it would be fun to be able to say that I had.
Little did I know that running the actual half marathon was only a tiny part of the whole picture. First, there was the training. And training, my friend, is no fun at all. Don't even get me started on power gel.

Have you ever tried to run barefoot (or just in socks)? You should also check out the pose method. Check it out at http://www.posetech.com/ or videos http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=7821398052868620410&hl=en
